Terms
Short, and in plain English. These are the terms you confirm before any payment is taken — there is nothing hidden elsewhere.
Prices are in Japanese yen and include tax. Payment is made in full by secure card payment (Stripe) at the time of booking, and full payment is what confirms your date. Figures shown in other currencies on this site are approximate and move with the exchange rate; you are charged in JPY.
Your card statement will show TAMAKI PREWEDDING.
If you cancel, we refund 90% of what you paid — whatever the reason, and whenever you tell us. The remaining 10% covers payment processing and administration.
Or, if you would rather not take the money back, we hold 100% of what you paid as a credit. You can use it for a shoot on any available date up to the same season next year.
Your outfit (kimono or dress, by plan), professional dressing, hair and make-up, shooting permits for your listed locations, basic retouching, and the team’s transportation within the shoot area.
Your vertical reel is delivered before you leave Japan (Signature and Premium). Retouched photographs follow within 2–3 weeks by online gallery, and cinematic films within 3–4 weeks.
You are free to use your photographs privately and to post them on social media. Commercial use is by arrangement — just ask us.
We may show your photographs and film on our website and social media. If you would prefer not to appear, tell us at any time and we will leave you out. You do not need to give a reason.
We use your details only to plan and deliver your shoot, and to reply to you. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to a newsletter.

Three packages, all published on our pricing page:
Photo Essential ¥260,000 — half-day, 1 outfit, hair & make-up, 75 retouched photos.
Signature ¥380,000 — the same, plus a 90-second cinematic film and a vertical reel.
Premium Full Day ¥500,000 — full day, 2 locations, 2 outfits, 120 photos, 3-minute film.
There is also a 1-hour Tokyo Mini at ¥80,000.
For cherry blossom (late March–early April) and autumn leaves (November), 4–6 months ahead is comfortable — sakura dates start filling the previous autumn. Other seasons usually work with 6–8 weeks, and shorter notice is always worth asking about.
Yes. One outfit is included in each package and a second is +¥60,000; the Premium Full Day includes two — usually kimono in the morning and a dress in the evening.
One thing to know: many shrines and temples welcome kimono but do not allow Western wedding dresses on their grounds, so we place the two looks in different settings.
Tokyo, Mt. Fuji, Kyoto and Okinawa are our main locations, and we also shoot Shinto-style shrine portraits. Famous places in Japan often require official photography permits — we apply and pay for those as part of your package.
Yes. We work with couples in English, Traditional and Simplified Chinese, Korean and Japanese — from your first message through to the shoot day itself.
Planning happens in writing over chat so nothing is lost along the way, and on the day your team communicates with you in your own language.
Yes, in the Signature and Premium packages. We are operated by a Japanese wedding-film company with more than 4,000 films produced, so film is part of the work rather than an add-on. Your vertical reel is delivered while you are still in Japan.
Your vertical reel arrives before you fly home (Signature and Premium). Retouched photos follow within 2–3 weeks by online gallery, and cinematic films within 3–4 weeks.
By card through a secure payment link, charged in Japanese yen. Payment confirms your date, and the cancellation terms are given to you in writing beforehand.

櫻花季（3月底～4月初）與紅葉季（11月）建議提前4～6個月；櫻花的檔期從前一年秋天就開始被預訂。其他季節通常提前6～8週即可，時間較趕也歡迎詢問。
可以。每個方案含1套服裝，加購第2套為 +¥60,000；Premium Full Day 本身就含2套——通常上午和服、傍晚婚紗。
需留意：許多神社寺院歡迎和服，但不允許西式婚紗進入境內，因此我們會把兩種造型安排在不同場景。
主要是東京、富士山、京都與沖繩，也提供神社的和婚風格拍攝。日本知名景點多半需要正式的攝影許可——申請與費用都包含在您的方案中，由我們處理。

規劃階段以文字訊息進行，過程中不會有任何遺漏；拍攝當天，團隊也會以您慣用的語言與您溝通。
Signature 與 Premium 方案有含。我們的母公司是日本的婚禮影片製作公司，累積超過4,000支作品，因此影片是本業而非加購項目。直式短影音會在您還在日本時就交付。
